Two-thirds of worldwide suicides are men, interesting right?

Ask yourself men, when a man cries, it is seen by other men as being weak, right?

When a woman cries with another woman, it is a woman becoming stronger letting out their emotions.

On the contrary, it is said that approximately 132 men per day commit suicide in the United States, and globally it is twice the rate of women.

The suicide rate in men is a serious issue, yet we don’t talk about it, why is that?

Your mental health is your strength, it is what gets you through challenging times and unforeseen circumstances.

Has anyone stopped and asked are you okay Tom or Paul, no?

But a man who suppose to be the head of the household, which to data analytics it is clearly not straightforward.

Data don’t lie, let’s get that straight.

Most of the time, men are silent because they have no one to talk to.

Women have that support system.

Men are certainly being overlooked in the world today since society claims we suppose to be stronger.

In your opinion, anything is wrong with a man crying on the next man’s shoulder?

For me, this is “Support” brother.

But society paints a different picture.

Do this:
Men do reach out to men, see how they are going, and help in any way possible.

Women, you have your role to play, speak a lot with your significant other, and show them that you care about what happened throughout their day and also what may be on their minds.

Make your boyfriend or husband stronger.

Build him up.

They say when a man finds a good woman, it is worth more than rubies.

Men, please share your thoughts.
